Wedding Decor Rentals

You're getting married... Congrats!!!

Planning a wedding is hard work - let Hammer & Stain help! We've got your ceremony and reception decor needs covered. Below you will see our Rental Agreement information and 4 Wedding Package options:

 

Rental Agreement

-- Rental Dates 

You MUST contact us to see if your date is available before booking. Orders that are not confirmed beforehand will NOT be guaranteed.
Rental reservations are for 96 hours. Additional days incur a late fee without prior approval. Please contact us with special circumstances.

-- Required Deposit/Paperwork

Rental services require an electronically signed Customer Agreement and the full rental fees upon booking. $50 of your total rental will act as a deposit, and will be returned after items have been individually checked back in.

-- Late Returns

If items are returned late, the customer will be charged $50 per additional day. If items are not returned within three days after the deadline and customer is not able to be reached, replacement fees will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file. Communication is important!

-- Damaged/Missing Items

Renter assumes full responsibility of all items upon possession, and agrees to pay full replacement costs for lost or damaged items.  

-- Pricing Policies

Rental Prices are subject to change without notice. Price quotes are valid for 14 days. Orders with special pricing must be booked by the date specified. All rental prices are non-negotiable.

-- Weather Related Issues

Hammer & Stain NWI does not issue refunds for any reason, including inclement weather.  Please discuss a “Plan B” with your coordinator. It is our desire that your event go as smoothly as possible! However, if you choose to chance the weather, you assume full responsibility for wind and weather damages.

-- Payment / Credit Card Terms

Rental payments must be submitted (via links below) at the time of booking to secure your reservation. A valid credit card MUST be kept on file. The credit card will be used for damages, missing items, late fees, replacement fees.

 

-- Cancellations

Please be aware that once the contract is signed, and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals for your event date, and thus all payments are non-refundable.

 

When you sign for your order at pick-up you are acknowledging that you have received all of your items in good condition. You are also agreeing that the items are the correct items you ordered.
