Booking a Private Party

Host a Private Workshop with your friends, co-workers or family! Hammer & Stain is a memorable venue for any occasion - bachelorette parties, baby showers, team building, family reunions, birthday parties.. you name it!


How to book a Private Workshop:

1. Coordinate your preferred Private DIY Workshop date and time with us via email! Private Workshops are available 7 days a week for private parties, with exception of scheduled public workshops as shown on our calendar.

2. We do require a deposit to reserve a date and time. Your guests will need to pay individually via your reservation link. *Your full deposit is refundable once party minimum is met. 

3. Choose up to 3 projects to offer your group! (Excludes specialty projects) Send the list via email and we prepare a special registration for you and your guests to make project/design selections and reserve their seat.

4. Paint, Laugh, Create! We handle all clean up so you can enjoy the workshop

Most adult projects range from $35-$75, you can contact us for specific pricing. Click “Project Gallery” for project options.
A deposit is required to reserve the studio space for private workshop (see deposits below). This ensures you have the space to yourself to enjoy! All deposits are refundable once the requirements are met and event is not canceled.

Our party minimum is at least $350 total in purchases between you and your group.

We provide all of the materials, tools, and instruction!  At the event, you choose from our line of water based stains and paints to customize your projects in the studio!


* We can bring the party to you! “Hammer On The Go” parties are great for any occasion, at a place of your choosing! (Travel and set-up fee required based on distance from studio, starting at $40 within 15 miles)

* Can’t meet our minimum? Inquire about booking a seat or reserving a table at a public workshop for you and your friends!
