Custom Wood Round Tables! ( July 20th @ 6:30pm)

Join us at Hammer & Stain NWI on Wednesday July 20th @ 6:30pm to create your own custom 18" or 24" round wood table! Personalize your project with your choice of stain & paint colors at the workshop. This table makes a perfect accent or coffee table in the home or outside! Tables include 4 black matte hairpin legs. 

  • Additional embellishments/hangers/bows/etc can be purchased at the event. 
  • Only those who are registered are allowed to attend the workshop.
  • This event is adult only you must be 18 or older.
  • BYO wine/beer and snacks to enjoy! (must be 21+ to BYOB)

 🛠 Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your workshop start time. We will start promptly at the time noted. Out of respect for other Makers and our staff please arrive on time!

     Projects to choose from:

    • 18" Round Wood Table - $110 w/19" legs, $120 w/25" legs
    • 24" Round Wood Table - $130 w/19" legs, $140 w/25" legs 

    -pictures show the 18" round with 25" tall legs and the 24" round with 19" legs.  Its best to decide where you may want to put your table and measure ahead of time before selecting what height you want.  Once you place your order and choose a height you CAN NOT change your order.

    Spots are limited so be sure to sign up early! 

    Registration closes July 17th at midnight. NO EXCEPTIONS.*

     How to Register:

    1. Choose a project & design option using the pictures - drop down menu should match pictures when you switch from one to one. 

    2. Choose your leg length - 19" or 25" tall

    3. For design that has family name or personalization please write info in the personalization box

    4. If coming with friends please list who you would like to sit with

    5. Confirm your order

     


    *This is a WOOD workshop. Though each piece is chosen and prepped with care, your project will have chips, knots, cracks and blemishes that are natural and give the piece unique character.

    CUSTOM GUIDELINES ---- Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can *generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a completely new design are considered custom and must be submitted via email (nwihammerandstain@gmail.com) prior to registering.
    If approved, a customization FEE
     will apply.

    Terms

    Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the preparation process of your unique order. NO changes can be made, NO refunds will be issued. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a refund for your reservation will be given in the form of a studio credit, packed up as a take-home kit, or we can hold your project for no more than 60 days to be completed at a later date. If your project remains with us after day 60, your payment is forfeited and project goes on our sale shelf. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT be eligible for a refund studio credit; your payment and project will be forfeited. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refunded studio credit amount to be awarded. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
